On one hand, it’s about encouraging healthy habits, combating poor diets, and sharing the benefits of physical activity with people far and wide. You’ll unpack the psychology behind people’s behaviour and attitudes towards sport and health, investigate the anatomy and physiology behind exercise, and explore the biological functions of the nutrients we consume.
